RegexLab runs bounded JavaScript regular expressions in a disposable browser worker. It does not certify a pattern for production or another regex engine.
Local data and analytics
Patterns, flags, text, captures, groups and replacement output stay in the browser. Analytics records only coarse actions and size buckets.
Independent verification
Test important expressions in the exact JavaScript runtime, data set and performance envelope where they will run.
